1.2. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
- Estimates and Orders
2.1. Estimates are valid for 30 days.
2.2. Orders are accepted upon receipt of a signed order form or written confirmation.
2.3. We may reject any order without explanation.
2.4. We will perform services as described in the estimate. Additional work will incur extra charges.
2.5. Changes to quantities or specifications are not binding unless confirmed in writing by us and may incur extra charges.
2.6. All prices and timelines in the estimate are approximations. Actual costs and completion dates may change after final negotiations or due to unforeseen circumstances, including increased material costs or extended labour time. Any additional costs will be added to invoices.
- Prices and Payment
3.1. Prices are in GBP and include VAT unless specified otherwise.
3.2. Deposit for Materials:
- A 30% deposit of the total estimate is required, before work commences, to cover initial costs.
- For projects requiring high-value materials or bespoke elements, a higher deposit or full material payment may be required (this will be agreed upon in advance).
3.3. Invoicing:
- Labour and any additional materials or material costs exceeding the deposit will be invoiced weekly to ensure steady progress and cash flow.
3.4. Final Invoice & Materials Deposit Adjustment:
- Any unused funds from the deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
- The final invoice will be issued upon completion of work, accounting for all labour and material adjustments.

Cancellation Before Materials Are Ordered: If you cancel the project before materials are ordered or work has commenced, we will refund a portion of the deposit, reflecting the amount not yet spent on materials or pre-committed costs.
Cancellation After Materials Are Ordered or Work Has Begun: If you cancel after materials have been purchased or work has begun, the deposit may not be refunded, as we may have already committed resources and incurred costs on your behalf.
Late Cancellations: For cancellations within 14 days of the agreed start date, we reserve the right to retain the full deposit to cover the loss of revenue due to the secured dates and preparation time.
